Use of the service
You must own or have rights to any product image or brand asset you upload. You're responsible for how generated videos are used in ad campaigns, including platform ad policy compliance (TikTok, Meta, YouTube) and applicable advertising-disclosure laws (e.g. FTC guidance on AI-generated or endorsement-style content).
Ownership of generated content
Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the videos generated from your uploads and may use them commercially. Studioclyp claims no ownership over your product images or the videos generated from them. Generation is provided by third-party AI models (currently Higgsfield); we pass through their underlying model terms where applicable.
Credits & billing
Subscriptions renew monthly per the plan selected at checkout and grant a fixed number of generation credits each cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Credit top-ups are non-refundable once any portion has been used. You can cancel a subscription anytime from your billing settings to stop future renewals; access continues through the end of the paid period.
Referral program
Referral discounts (first-month discount for new subscribers, recurring discount for referrers) are subject to change or discontinuation at any time and apply only to subscription charges, not credit top-ups. We may void referral credit obtained through fraud, self-referral, or abuse of the program.
Team seats (Agency plan)
Agency-plan accounts may invite teammates up to the seat limit shown on the pricing page. The account owner is responsible for their team members' use of the service and shared credit pool, and can remove a seat at any time; removed members lose access to shared brand settings and the shared video library.
Acceptable use
No generating deceptive, infringing, illegal, or sexually explicit advertising content. We may suspend accounts that violate this, abuse the generation API, or attempt to circumvent credit limits.
Limitation of liability
Studioclyp is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for ad performance, platform policy decisions by third-party ad networks, or losses arising from your use of generated content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of Studioclyp after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
